New comic I want to try to keep up with while HTB is being drawn. I’ve always wanted to do a Johnny Quest/Hardy Boys kind of series and this is going to be my attempt at such!
Working on the last bit of page 2 and it’s coming out great. I really want to show some of it off because of how much I like it but I dare not spoil anymore. I also lied about the design of the blue guy, I changed him a bit mid panel drawing because of how I naturally started working with him. It feels much better drawing him.
As I am sitting here, drawing out this project, I started to think about how I’m going to distribute it on the internet. As much as I want to release everything fully here to start with, I don’t have too many eyes watching at the moment. I know it’ll definitely be released on DeviantArt, but I’ve also been considering DrunkDuck.com, a web comic publishing site where people can comment and “thumbs up” comics which could eventually lead to a front page showcase for a little bit of time. I really should be concentrating on a good story first. Maybe even consider finishing the redux of HeyThereBear’s first comic “That One Time With That Kite”. Gah, working on two comics at a time sounds like a pain in the ass if you ask me. Which you didn’t. So I should do it.
